Financial Hardship Policy
The Telecommunications Consumer Protections Code C628:2019 defines Financial Hardship as a situation where a customer is unable to discharge of the financial obligations in relation to our services due to a reasonable temporary or ongoing cause but where the customer expects to be able to do so over time if payment arrangements are changed.

The following are estimates of data usage undertaken from the following activities.
Billing & Payment Information
- Billing Options – TechRentals bills monthly, period ending the 28th . All bills are sent to the contact email address
- Payment Options – You can pay your bill via the following methods:
- Automatic Direct Debit – Can be set up to any Credit or Debit cards, or standard bank account
- Phone – Payment accepted by credit card over the phone
- By EFT – TR Telecom’s bank details appear on your monthly invoice
