Description

The Iridium GO! Prepaid 400 Voucher provides 400 Direct Internet GO! Data Minutes. The voucher has a 180-day Validity Period and will provide Voice Call and SMS operation for the Iridium GO! satellite device as well. The Iridium Prepaid SIM card is supplied with the voucher purchase.


The voucher load date may be set up to 12 months after the date of purchase as per customer requirements. Please consider that when a Prepaid Voucher is applied the Validity Period starts and will expire at the set date unless another Voucher or Extension are applied.


When the Expiration Date is reached any unused minutes will be forfeited and the 9-month (270 day) Grace Period for the SIM card will start. Within the 9-month Grace Period a new Voucher can be applied to the SIM card allowing the use of the existing Service Number. If the 9-month Grace period passes without a new Voucher loaded Iridium will deactivate the SIM and it will need to be replaced to connect to the Iridium network again.

Delivery and Returns

Deliveries

Delivery costs vary based on weight, size, and distance, with additional fees for urgent or remote deliveries. Freight times are beyond TechRentals' control. TechRentals has locations in Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, and Singapore offering rentals and purchases, please reach out to specific region for delivery inquiries.

 

Returns

Rental equipment can be returned the day after use, but fees may apply for returns after 10am. To avoid additional charges, it’s recommended to return equipment before 10am. Returns can be made by dropping off the equipment at the original collection point, any TechRentals office, or by sending it back via delivery.
